The certification path
1. AZ-900 — Azure Fundamentals
Start here. Learn cloud concepts, core Azure services, pricing, and governance. No prerequisites. (See our full AZ-900 study guide.)
2. AZ-104 — Azure Administrator
The core role certification. Manage identities and governance, implement storage, deploy and manage compute (VMs), configure virtual networking, and monitor and back up resources.
3. AZ-700 — Azure Network Engineer
Specialise and stand out. Design and implement Azure networking — VNets, hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute), load balancing, and network security.
